Project 🔥 Intuition
Come from Love. Always. In all ways.

Love was not what I was feeling the other day.
I was angry. Very angry. So very angry that I wrote a passage filled with four-letter words in my journal.
I typed it into a Word doc.
Earmarked it for a Note on Substack.
Expanded it as a draft of a post to send to my subscribers the next Friday.
I felt better and was certain it served me to speak my truth bluntly and uncensored.
I scheduled it for publication, per my regular schedule.
That evening I attended a healing meditation for the 7th chakra. The crown chakra. Our human pathway to Divine guidance.
Three quarters into the meditation, I received a message:
Come from Love. Always. In all ways.
I knew exactly what I had to do.
I returned to my scheduled post and deleted all the four-letter words.
And I went to sleep.
But my dreams indicated I had unfinished business. So, the next morning, I unscheduled that post.
I haven’t deleted it. Maybe I will.
Or, maybe I’ll revise it to remove the Ego and Entitlement.
And instead, come from Love.
That feels much better.
As an empath and highly sensitive person, I feel the weight of the world. But I imagine everyone feels something during this time of massive upheaval on the planet. The air is heavy with the energy of change, fear, and uncertainty.
It’s understandable to feel anger or resentment. And it’s healthy to allow emotions to surface.
But those feelings don’t contribute to solutions or improvement. And that’s the real message behind what I heard in meditation.
Yet, feelings need to be processed.
I have writing as an outlet. Writing begs for revision, which is why I rarely post or publish without allowing some integration time. I’m always relieved that I waited. And I always regret not waiting when I put something out before its time.
Some people prefer a physical release. Exercise, dance, even a walk outside—anything to release emotion that doesn’t feel good.
Verbal activity works well, too. Singing, chanting. Even shouting (not at others). A good, primal scream now and then in the forest or your pillow can be very effective!
And it’s important to your health to allow deep feelings to move. Emotion is energy, and energy doesn’t like to be stagnant. When it’s contained or stuck, it festers like a wound.
So don’t hold onto it. Let it go.
But, please, don’t dump it into the collective.
Part of the process of releasing negative energy is taking an important, but often forgotten, step to prevent the negativity from shifting from you to someone else or into shared space.
Here are several ways you can let go without doing any harm:
To begin, imagine or sense pillars of light around you and in the corners of the room or area. The pillars absorb and filter negative emotions, releasing the energy back into the collective as pure, white light.
Now you’re ready to release.
Simply thank the person or situation. Thank you, anger, for bringing the importance of this situation to my attention. I didn’t realize I had such strong feelings and investment in how I wanted things to be. I no longer need you to show me how deeply I feel. I can handle this now in my own way in a constructive manner.
Put the emotion in a bubble, separating it from you. You can physically blow or push it away from yourself or ask the angels and guides to come and retrieve it for you. Picture the bubble being lifted away from you until it disappears from sight.
Do some form of conscious breathing. Just stopping to focus on your breath can offer instant relief. Bring your attention to your body. On your exhales, release the tension you feel. If you are holding strain in several places, focus on one area at time. Picture the unwanted heavy feelings leaving your body and being absorbed into the pillars of light.
Once you feel comfortable that you’ve let go of what no longer serves you in this moment, allow yourself some grace. Lean back and relax. Picture white light and vibrant, loving energy entering through your crown, filling you with comfort and ease. Let that warmth spread through all parts of your body and out into your auric field. Know that your light will attract more light into your life, and give thanks.
The Big Finish
Think of one way you can bring love into the situation that triggered the anger.
Not every action changes the world. But every action contributes energy affecting the world and all life on it.
Anything that brings a smile to your face or someone else’s is a sign you’re on the right track.
