Hello, Dear Readers and Welcome New Subscribers!

Sending a quick note to update you on my whereabouts and why it may have seemed I disappeared. Some of you are aware of my present situation, but I suspect many are not, especially those who recently subscribed.

My home is in Asheville, NC, in the US. My city was in the direct path of Hurricane Helene and this entire area suffered widespread devastating destruction. The damage has been termed “of Biblical proportion” and “worst ever.” Entire towns were wiped out in the flooding.

I was fortunate to be in a safe dwelling and my losses of electricity, water, cell and internet services were minor compared to those who lost homes, property, vehicles, businesses, jobs, and tragically even lives.

I’m also fortunate to have family out of state and my daughter booked a flight for me to come to their home in New Jersey for an extended time. I lost an entire refrigerator- and freezer-full of food that had to be dumped. But, now that I’m reconnected to the outside world, I’m seeing photos of the devastation and reading stories from friends and neighbors who lost everything.

The last time I experienced this deep state of grief was 4 years ago when I lost my husband to cancer in a 3-month period from cancer diagnosis to death during the isolation of the pandemic.

I am slowly processing this unexpected turn of events. Now that I’m safe and out of survival mode, I am writing again and will resume my regular weekly+ publishing schedule shortly. I am eager to return to my intuitive work to help others and also myself. When you give a healing, you get a healing.

I also hope to recoup some of the financial losses caused by the disaster and relocation expenses. So…
