If there’s ever been a time in history to pay attention to messages being sent, it’s now.
The messages are arriving in many forms (more on that a bit further down), but the underlying theme is…
“It’s time to get real.”
Authenticity is a buzz word and for good reason. People are being overtaken by AI, digital everything, and bots delivering fake news—just for starters.
Have you noticed an outcry among your friends or in social media feeds for IRL interaction… a desire for meetups, time in nature, support for local business, and many other attempts to ditch the devices and interact with living, breathing organisms?
I notice these things.
Being farsighted enables me to see and observe things most people never notice in their rush to get somewhere. Because I stand back to see clearly, I see the big picture. This positions me to spot trends and see developing patterns in societal behavior.
Then I get downloads—call them insights or visions— that interpret and predict how these things will unfold in the future.
I get messages and it’s my purpose to deliver them.
The Farsighted Observer is more than simply a new title for this publication. It reflects who I am and how I show up in this world.
And lately I’ve given a lot of thought to where my work, my purpose, fits into the big picture—and how to make my contribution to the greater good. My insights and words are what I have to offer.
This publication will be part of it, but the not the whole. At the same time, I’m organizing 27 years of journals and almost 40 years of published work into memoir and personal essays using traditional and new formats.
Yet, I cannot ignore that…
Messages are being sent. I am a messenger. Messages take many forms.
Here’s how I’m going to handle it.
The Farsighted Observer will continue weekly as I work on my long-form writing (memoirs and creative nonfiction). However, the delivery format will vary slightly from week to week.
Message Schedule
Photos or illustration in every message!
Week 1: Mini message. A photo with caption, short note, or a single Tarot card reading.
Week 2: Micro message. Short-form essay or prose poem.
Week 3: Monthly Message in the Mail. Handwritten micro message on a physical art card delivered via the postal service. (Due to the IRL expense of this format and delivery, Monthly Messages in the Mail are a paid subscriber benefit. You can opt-in monthly or annually and cancel at any time.)
Week 4: Maxi Message. A long-form essay or excerpt from current work in progress. Paid subscribers will enjoy access to a longer portion of the excerpts. Some essays will appear in full for all readers.
Monthly Message in the Mail
Every month Monthly Message in the Mail cards are sent via postal mail! Carrying a a legacy of love, the cards feature beautiful images, inspirational quotes, and personalized handwritten messages inspired by a collaboration of hearts.
The Farsighted Observer’s Mission
To be the eyes, heart, and voice championing individual creative growth and expression. To support the gifts of sensitive, empathic, intuitive, and creative people.
Worldwide, many seekers are awakening to their purpose. Conscious and aware, they are coming together to accomplish great goals.
This looks fascinating. And yes, getting real is the new way to connect!
I so feel that truth… it’s time to get real. What a gift to receive and share the messages coming through you in support of real honest aligned living for us all. 🙏
